World-class manufacturer Pratley requires an experienced, detail-orientated and proactive Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Office. This is not a general admin role, but a high-level administrative role in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements

·         Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.

·         Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

·         Valid driver’s licence.

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting senior management.

·         Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Applicant must demonstrate advanced work-level skills in at least Outlook, Word and Excel without supervision.

·         Applicant should ideally reside in the Krugersdorp area.

·         Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with advanced grammar and business writing skills.

·         Strong prioritisation skills, exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management.

·         Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.

·         Ability to work efficiently under pressure and anticipate needs proactively.

·         Excellent telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

·         Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

 

Responsibilities

·         Manage CEO and COO diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements.

·         Accurately capture, draft and finalise minutes of executive meetings timeously.

·         Prepare agendas, pre-reading documents, and follow up on action items.

·         Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.

·         Coordinate travel arrangements and arrange in-house functions and catering.

·         Provide excellent general administrative support to executive level standards.
